I understand contents in store are not insured by U Hold The Key Self-Storage. If I don't use the store for the full month I will be refunded for the part of the month not used (subject to a minimum hire period of one week) once our site manager has confirmed confirmation of the return of the key. We require to see two forms of identification when hiring one of our stores, one being a photo ID and the other to confirm your address.
